When you make a booking, you do so in agreement to the terms & conditions outlined below. If any term in this contract cannot be enforced or agreed, then the hire of equipment will not be supplied.
Any variation of the above terms are by written agreement between “Happy house events” and the hirer and this must be signed by both parties. All equipment remains at all times the property of “Happy house events”
Upon paying your deposit, you are bound by the terms set out in this agreement. Please contact us should you have any queries regarding our Hire Agreement.

The Hirer:

The Hirer (“You/Your”) is the person making a booking with “Happy house events”. The Hirer must be 18 years of age or older and will be expected to follow all terms and conditions detailed herein. The Hirer will accept full liability for all users using all inflatable and associated equipment whilst onsite at the Hirer’s premises.
If you wish to extend your confirmed hire period, you must gain prior authorisation from Happy house events . Please contact us on 07538141853 if you wish to extend the hire period.
Without pre-approved authorisation, the delivery team will arrive at the designated collection time. It is important that the delivery team can begin deflation promptly at the end of your booking time to allow for other same day bookings to go ahead.
Failure to ensure that equipment is vacated and clean and emptied ready to collect past your collection time may result in further charges being applied.

HIRE CHARGES, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT TERMS:

You must pay the hire charges shown in the hire contract. These charges will refer to the dates indicated.
Upon booking of any equipment, a non-refundable booking fee of £50 will be required to secure your booking. This payment will secure your designated hire period. Please refer to cancelations for further information on your non-refundable booking fee.
All outstanding balances will need to be paid prior to set up commencing.

In the event of the equipment being in a dirty unhireable condition or damaged, “Happy house events” reserves the right to hold your deposit to cover any cleaning and/or repair costs, the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
Cleaning fees will become payable if the equipment is collected in an unhireable condition. Our fee for cleaning in-house is £50. If we require specialist cleaning equipment from the equipment manufacturer the full invoice total will become payable by the hirer.
Damage/repair costs will be the sole responsibility of the hirer. These fees will be issued to you on receipt of the manufacturer's quote. Any damage or repair costs will be pursued through our insurance company or small claims court.
A fee of £6 will be payable for each filter that is not returned on collection.

Full details of how to pay and details of any remaining balances will be outlined in all relevant communications sent to you by us.
Any costs incurred by “Happy House events” due to damage, excessive cleaning or non-working parts will be invoiced accordingly.
You will be shown how to maintain the water and keep it clear for pleasant bathing. If you do not follow the instructions and the water becomes dirty which in turn clogs up the heater pump, then we will not be held responsible for the spa cutting out and not working correctly. If we are available, we will come out to fix such issues at a fixed call out cost of £50 to the hirer.

DELIVERY & ACCESS:

The hirer must be present to take delivery at the agreed time. Where our delivery team arrives at an address/venue and the hirer is not present, they will wait for a period of 15 minutes whilst attempting to make contact using the telephone numbers provided at the time of booking. If the delivery team is unable to make contact with the hirer, they may leave due to other booking commitments. Please ensure your booking time slots are correct in your confirmation.

Please ensure the location where you would like the inflatable and associated items to be set up allows for us to access clearance. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that the setup area is clear, free of litter/rubbish and animal foul. Failure to follow this may result in your booking having to be cancelled. There must be suitable parking for a large van (i.e. legal on-road parking or a car park without height restrictions).

If you require the inflatable to be taken up any steps or steep slopes, please advise us in advance. We may require help.
The hirer authorises Happy house events to enter the hirers home to allow for set up and collection of goods hired. Where the equipment is being hired in a venue or away from the hirers home, the hirer will need to seek authorisation for Happy house events to enter the venue/area and set up/collect any equipment.
